An Experience with Peppermint Oil for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

It found it to be not effective at all.

My experience:

I used to think Peppermint would cure an upset stomach, one of my IBS side effects, but I noticed Peppermint made my stomach ache worse. It actually aggravated my acid reflux.
