An Experience with Ginger for Indigestion

My experience:

This is my go-to for an upset stomach and related symptoms. I like to sip warm ginger tea. If I’m feeling particularly unwell, I’ll add a piece of crushed ginger root, mix in a 1/4 teaspoon of powdered ginger, to a pot of hot water. It does the trick every time.
