An Experience with Vitamin C for Cold & Flu

I found it to be somewhat effective.

My experience:

Vitamin C. Lots and lots. I get the 1000mg supplements from trader joes and take one with each meal, sometimes more if the cold is just beginning. Boosts your immune system and usually gets rid of the cold, or at least gets you to the loogie stage within 2-3 days.

    I don’t get a stomach ache if I take it with food. Even with higher doses.
