An Experience with Meditation for Depression

I found it to be very effective.

My experience:

Meditation really saves me from depression. Whenever I am feeling down on myself, meditation was the ultimate savior. It helped me see the good and let go of the not-so-good. Took some practice though. Find someone that knows what they are doing to help you do it the right way.
