An Experience with Omega-3 Fish Oil for ADHD

It is hard to tell whether or not it is effective.


My experience:

As someone with ADHD who was originally incorrectly diagnosed bipolar, I have personally benefitted from including fish oil in my regular diet regimine. I try to eat more fish as well, but the supplement keeps things on the regular. I take a fish oil that doesn’t have any bad aftertaste. Some of them really are horrible tasting. I like nordic naturals.
