An Experience with Vitamin D for Depression

I found it to be very effective.

My experience:

I can’t pinpoint many supplements to actually making a profound effect on anything, but Vit D is different. I was regularly taking it for a year or so and felt decent. But then I ran out for a few weeks in the winter. Wasn’t seeing much of any sun at all and fell down a dark hole. Never felt more depressed in my life.

As soon as i started back with the D, things got better. I mean what else would it be? I don’t skip a day anymore.
