An Experience with Magnesium for Migraine

My experience:

For many years I would experience migraine with aura on a monthly basis. Sometimes multiple times per month. I assumed it was heavy computer time or stress. My breakthrough moment came when I went to a cardiologist for heart palpitations. They did some routine bloodwork and noticed that my magnesium level was quite low. She recommended that I supplement magnesium to see if that helped with the palpitations. It did help. What I didn’t expect was a near elimination of my migraines as well. I rarely have them. Maybe one or two a year.

This is a case where a deficiency was causing real issues in my body. What an easy fix.
