An Experience with Magnesium for Hypertension

My experience:

I take magnesium every night before bed and my blood pressure has gone down from around 150/90 to 130/80. I also started walking about 30 minutes, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday). Just some type of exercise goes a long way. I also limit my sugar intake, no soda or desserts during the week. I’ve had high blood pressure for about 10 years now and on medication for about half of that time. I’m now off of medication and only take Magnesium.
