An Experience with Magnesium for Heart Palpitations

My experience:

I’ve had off and on palpitations (PVC) for many years. A cardiologist ran bloodwork and noticed my magnesium level was quite low. Magnesium can help keep your heart rhythm nice and steady. After a couple of weeks taking 240mg daily, I rarely notice the palpitations. I plan to stay with this daily dosage for the long term.

It also helped eliminate my migraines. Two for one deal.

I prefer the glycinate version of magnesium as it’s easier on the digestive system and absorbs well.
