Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin present in foods including vegetables (spinach, kale, chard, broccoli, collard greens, brussels sprouts), fruits (prunes, avocado, blueberries, figs), meat (beef liver, pork), dairy (cheese), eggs, and legumes (soybeans). Responsible for blood clotting and healthy bones, Vitamin K is used in the treatment of osteoporosis and heart disease.
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is an antioxidant produced naturally by the body, but levels generally decrease with age. CoQ10 is present in many foods including vegetables (spinach, cauliflower, broccoli), fish (trout, mackerel) and organ meat (heart, liver, kidney). It plays an important role in cellular growth and maintenance.

Its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects have been used in the treatment of arthritis, digestive disorders, respiratory and metabolic issues.
Bromelain also known as Pineapple Extract is a group of enzymes found in the stem, fruit and juice of the pineapple plant, Ananas comosus. Native to the Americas, it has been used medicinally by Central and South Americans for centuries. Bromelain’s anti-inflammatory properties are used in the treatment of pain and swelling, osteoarthritis, cancer, digestive issues, and topically for burns.
