 GETTING STARTED WITH LISTSERV®

Step-by-Step Instructions
(1) Go to http://listserv.nethelps.com/wa.exe?LMGT1. Bookmark it.

(2) You will be at the LISTSERV® Online login screen. Enter your WebHelps email address (username@webhelps.com) and password and click either the [Login and Remember Me] or [Login Only] button. If your browser attempts to download the wa.exe program, rather than opening LISTSERV® Online, please refer to instructions on how to resolve the problem.

(3) Click the [Wizard] or [Configuration] button to modify your list's header, which controls how your list functions. If you are inexperienced in working with LISTSERV keywords, you should use the Wizard. The Wizard makes it very easy to modify keywords in a list's header. If you are an experienced LISTSERV administrator, you will probably want to go directly to Configuration.

(4) To add/delete subscribers one at a time, click the [Subscribers] button. Click the [Bulk] button to upload a list of subscribers.

(5) Click the [Templates] button to modify system emails (such as the email to new subscribers) and to customize the web interface (such as the online archives).
