WebHelps WebMail and POP3 Email is optionally included with all WebHelps Hosting Plans and Specialty Packages (except the FREEbie Package). WebHelps WebMail/POP3 allows you to send/receive email via your Web browser and/or your computer's email program (e.g. Outlook Express). With WebMail, you may read and send email from any computer connected to the Internet. With POP3 Email, you may setup your computer's email program to send/receive your WebHelps email (setup instructions). The browser version includes such favorite features as spell-check, an address book, rich text (HTML) editor, multiple attachments, and an integrated calendar.

Feature	Description
HTML or Plain Text Messages	Compose messages in either Rich Text (HTML) or Plain Text. The easy-to-use Rich Text Editor will let you create HTML messages without any knowledge of HTML coding.
Familiar Look and Feel	Looks and works like your computer's email program (such as Outlook Express)
Folder Menu System	Create your own mail folders with up to 5 levels of nested folders within each
Web Calendaring	A Web-based calendar allows you to keep and store schedules, appointments, task lists, and date reminder information.
Automatic New Mail Checks	Automatically checks for new mail so new message counts are fast and current.
Contact List (Address Book)	Users can edit or add contacts easily. Automatically address your new mail message to one of your contacts by selecting their name from the Contact List.
Forwarding	Forwarding of your email to another email address is allowed.
Preferences	Users can set their own preferences for layout, message composition, encoding, forwarding, replying, deleting, auto responder, vacation message, signature, and more.
Spell Checker	Check your outgoing emails for spelling errors
Signature	Add text to be automatically entered as a signature at the end of your messages. If you use the Rich Text Editor to compose HTML messages and you want to include text formatting on your signature, you can format the signature by adding standard HTML tags to the signature.
Filters	Add filters (processing rules) to sort your incoming emails into specific folders, send copies to other addresses, automatically forward messages to others, or automatically delete certain messages. Reduce spam by filtering messages based on the content of a message's header or body text.
Auto Responder	Setup an automatic response so that each time you receive an email, a prepared message is sent back to the sender. Add a different auto response (and optional forwarding) to each folder you have created.
Vacation Message	Automatically send a vacation message to anyone who sends you mail.Your vacation message will be sent once to each email address that sends you mail. The email addresses of those who have been sent your vacation message are tracked, to prevent any email address from receiving your vacation message more than once.
