With the Domain Super Pack Extra for Wikis, everything associated with your Wiki Package is setup with your domain for a one-time setup fee of $100.00 and an ongoing subscription fee of $9.95/month.

*The subdomain used by the web-based version of Chatterbox cannot be changed from chatterbox.webhelps.com. However, (a) your members should use the Windows® download version of Chatterbox whenever possible, bypassing the online login, and (b) your members will login to Chatterbox using your domain.

If possible, order this Extra *before* your first member joins.

INSTRUCTIONS - What you need to do

You must use a fully-qualified domain (yourdomain.com) that is not already being used for something else (e.g. your web site). A subdomain (word.yourdomain.com) will not work. If you do not already have a domain, we highly recommend registering a domain with us [info]

Change your domain's Host Name (also called DNS or Name Server) and IP address to:
Host Name: ns.rackspace.com
IP Address: 207.235.16.2 (primary)
Host Name: ns2.rackspace.com
IP Address: 207.71.44.121 (secondary)

Twenty-four to forty-eight hours following signup, you will be contacted by a Support Team member who will give you a progress report on your Super Pack implementation. You may begin setting up your Wiki immediately after signup. You do not need to wait until the Super Pack has been fully implemented. Your Team is available to assist you with customizing your Wiki, including creating navigational links on your Wiki's pages using your domain.
